Who Are We?

The Rain City Superhero Movement is a group of costumed activists, founded by Phoenix Jones.
The group consists of former MMA fighters, police, medical professionals, ex-military, active military and professional camera men. Their goal is to document and if necessary, intervene in violent crime to keep the general public safe.
