The Rain City Superhero Movement (RCSM) is a group of costumed activists, founded by Phoenix Jones. The group consists of former MMA fighters, police, medical professionals, ex and active military and media professionals. Our goal is to document and, if necessary, intervene to keep the general community safe from criminals.
